Cat swims a blistering 400m Frs to take 6 secs off her PB with a time of 4:30.73. This rounds off a great championships for Cat from her 4 individual events. She will anchor the womens 4x100m Freestyle relay tonight and is joined by Evie, Fran and Emily to take on the mighty Loughborough University.
Emily, swimming once again in the fastest heat against World Champion and World Record holder - Gemma Spofforth, swims a 2:21 in the 200m Backstroke but will undoubtedly take great experience for the future after matching up aganist some of the best backstrokers in the world, in all of her 4 swims.
