Finals session just finished and its another 2 PB's for DX with Emily and Zichen improving on their Heat times in the Semi-Finals with a 30.74 in the 50m Backstroke for Emily and 58.44 in the 100m Backstroke from Zichen.
That's a great day of swimming from the DX team with 6 PB's from 7 swims!
Only 2 days until our Open Meet now so i'm hoping you're all taking inspiration from our British Championships swimmers and are ready for some fast swimming in Sheffield on Sunday and Monday!
