Steeps competed this morning in the 50m Breaststroke swimming to a lifetime best of 29.97 seconds. The bench mark of swimming under 30 seconds is a target that Chris has set for himself this season, and has narrowly missed it on several occassions this year. Chris was again the fastest Britain in this event and is continuing his eXcellent form at this Championship!
