You have probably already seen one of Simon Wright's photos at some point in the last 12 months or so, he captured two of our swimmers at the British Championships 2010 (pictured above).

Simon has recently won first and second prize at the LEN European Aquatic Sports photo of the year competition.
Simon will be coming to do a photoshoot with DX on May 7th 2011. Simon is doing this as a voluntary project. "My aim is to take powerful, memorable photographs that will help promote British swimming, diving, synchronised swimming and water polo in the run up to the London 2012 Olympics".
Simon has already taken photographs of some of the top swimmers and squads in the country and we at Derventio eXcel are very proud and excited to be part of his project and swimming and photographic history.
