Day 5

This morning everybody had a medley set, it was hard but British Champs people got to do a scaled down set :D At Breakfast the lady who cooked the pancakes got annoyed with us as we were asking for more. In free time we had to have down time to sleep and rest, we werent allowed to go outside in the sun as the temperatures were up to 25 degrees celcius...thats when we found out there were NO english tv channels. At lunch time the fire alarms went off and Molly slept right through it.

At training we swapped sets, the other group did the deal or no deal set and our group did the technique set and swimming in the flume. The flume was really good but it was hard work, you had to swim up to a black line whilst strong currents were forcing you back!

In Deal or No Deal the group decided to deal on a set of 400m Fly with a sponge and 400m Free towing and in the box was Dive and Glide @ 20 mins UNLUCKY.

Later that night we yet again had the quizes. Matt's team the Red Hot Chili Peppers won yet again. The quiz was the baby photos which were really funny. Steeps had said that he had his best jumper on but we saw it, it had pretty pink flowers all over it, it was well hot ;) Zichen's picture was the best.
