Today began with two of the younger members of the Squad Tyler and Kathryn who decided to come to morning training 30 minutes late, making all of the other swimmers start their session late. They lost 15 points for their team (both on Steep's team, the original phoneboxes).
After a delayed start we built up into a breath holding set with Steeps having the biggest lungs closely followed by Jimmy Latham. As a result Steeps, Jimmy, Jodie and Sasha were chosen as swimmers of the morning.
We all went back for breakfast and in the down time were allowed to practice our talent shows as long as we were in the shade.
After dinner Zichen got the afternoon session off because he was training hard over the whole week (Zichen wrote that), we reckon he was broken from the DX training after returning from China (Kane wrote that bit).
There were 8 sessions going on in the afternoon including the intense sprint set, which included Emily struggling to finish "I dont want to do another sprint set again" she said.
Other sessions included; Tyler and Kathryn had a punishment set for this morning written by their own team (Steeps), the session included lots of Fly and Breaststroke, Breaststroke group, distance and aerobic, Champs group, Back end speed for Back and Freestylers, oh and the sunburn group who had to stay indoors the whole session in the gym, with the only member being Evie.
Matts team the Red Hot Chili Peppers (having Evie in that team seems apt) were becoming worried of the approaching teams after Zichen's team the A team's victory in the treasure hunt. Through desperation they suggested a transfer window should be set up to import some of the sprint beasts. His plans were destroyed when Kane's (The Safe Sick Badmen) and Zichen's teams remained loyal seeing an opportunity to make a move on Steeps team, who were breaking down from this mornings events.
Ben was selected as swimmer of the afternoon because of his great efforts during his hardcore 4.5k fly set.
Tomorrow is the last day, with two pool sessions including two challenges and a talent show, along with packing and getting to the airport.
