Chris Steeples has swam on the first day of the Duel in the Pool in Essen, Germany. This is Chris' first Senior International swim. The GB swimmers are mostly unrested and are using it as a tune up before the British Gas Championships and World Championship trials in March 2011, which is the main target of this early season, with the German trials not being until May they will have targeted this meet.Chris swam in the 50m Breaststroke finishing 3rd overall and finished 3rd overall and 2nd fastest Brit in the 200m Breaststroke. He swam 3rd in the 100m Breaststroke fastest Brit.
