Abbie Wood went in heat 2 and swam a great race to win her heat, narrowly missing her personal best time. Abbie has been turning heads this week at the Olympic Trials and has also reached twitter. Jodie Hawksworth was up next and worked hard through the first 100m and only faded at the end to be just short of her entry time.
Molly Renshaw won her heat and posted the fastest time through to the semi-finals tonight in a time of 2.28.8.
