Miami - Day 7

A massive day of training before a well earned rest day tomorrow. The swimmers completed pool sessions 10 and 11 (over 7 days) in glorious sunshine and without a cloud in the sky.

An 8000yds Vo2 Max session this morning and a 7000m No.1 Aerobic workout this afternoon was topped off with a 35 minute run along the beachfront by the hotel.

Some of the team may have had too much sun on their heads judging by some of the comments and incident over the last 24 hours. Eve walked straight into a postbox last night on the way back from dinner, Kathryn thought the ceiling fan was a wind turbine for powering the light in their room (not sure where the wind was coming from indoors?!), Tracie was trying to work out which way the wind was blowing based off the direction of the air con fans in the minibus and Eve and Hannah lost their room key yesterday, only for it to be found in Eve's box of cereal this afternoon.
