Zichen and Emily both storm into tonights semi-finals in the 100m backstroke (58.64) and 50m backstroke (30.81) respectively, looking to improve on these PBs set in the heats.
PBs also for Cat in the 50m Freestyle with a time of 28.08 and Molly in the 100m Breaststroke with 1.16.22.
