Steeps wins Silver for GB and blasts Personal Best!

The DX Captain swam the final of the 50m Breast in the early hours of this morning (GB time). He smashed his personal best set in the heats to go 28.55 and win the Silver medal. He broke his own county record. This time last year his goal for the season on 50m was to go sub 30 seconds, the 18 year old has now gone under the 29 second mark for the first time and he has done it in style.

Chris will now swim in the 200m Breaststroke later on today (heats start at 5pm GB time)
