Today it has been confirmed that 2 Derventio eXcel swimmers have been selected to swim for Great Britain at the European Junior Championships in Belgrade in July. Jodie Hawksworth (left) and Molly Renshaw (right) have been selected from their excellent performances in the Breaststroke events at the recent World Championship trials and British Championships. Jodie has also been selected for the World Youth Championships in Peru in August.The girls follow in the footsteps of DX Men's Captain Chris Steeples and several other DX swimmers by representing their country. Both Girls are excited and honoured, and I can say from all at DX Well Done, we are all very proud and lets look forward to some continued hard training and fast racing in the summer!
