Chris Steeples has finished his Senior Nationals in fine form finishing 5th (4th fastest Brit) in the 200m Breaststroke final last night.Steeps lowered his pb of 2.18.27 to 2.16.44 in the heats and again to 2.15.18 in the final. This has shown a great nationals for Chris in his first year as a fully-fledged senior swimmer, swimming to personal bests in all events.
At 18 years of age Chris is still a young gun of the swimming world, and his progress over the last couple of years has been a great development.
