Jamie Ingram gained his first National Qualifying time today when he swam a 10 second personal best time in the 1500m free in a time of 17.18.69 winning the Gold medal to qualify for the National Open Water Championships at Rother Valley Country Park in Sheffield on the 22nd July.
Jamie smashed the qualifying time by 8 seconds.

Mischa Menzies made it a hat trick of National times this weekend when he added the 200m Free to the list in a time of 1.57.7
