Molly Renshaw swam the semi-finals of the 100m Breast and 200m I.M this evening.
Molly swam the 200m I.M and again was just short of her personal best time.
Molly then swam the 100m Breaststroke and qualified for the final in a new personal best time of 1.10.40!
Molly will swim the final tomorrow evening!
Molly has also won a Silver medal in the Women's 4 x 100m Medley Relay swimming the heats Breaststroke leg.
