Derventio eXcel have Swimmers selected onto all levels of the ASA England Talent and British Swimming Talent Programmes following a fantastic 2011-2012 season!
Swimmers are selected onto these National Talent programmes from performances throughout the season and inparticular the British Championships, Midland Championships and National Championships.

Derventio coaches Kim Hill and Mark Tanner have also been selected onto the England Talent Programmes.
Coach Andi Manley has been selected by British Swimming onto the UK Sport Elite Coaches Programme, to add to his selection on the Advanced Coaches programme earlier in the year.
