The Friday morning session (14th Dec) will now take place from 7:00am to 8:00am at Moorways so that swimmers can get out of the water, changed and straight onto the bus for Plymouth.
3 lanes will be made available in the 33m Pool and Kim will be coaching the session.
Those DX swimmers not attending the Plymouth Open Meet are still able to train at this session and also at 4:30pm with Keith at Moorways (25m).
