Miami - Day 6

Back in the gym this morning for a weights session where there were some great strength improvements just from the start of the camp. The girls finished with a dips challenge and Hannah came out on top with 12 reps.

The main focus in the pool today was speed development which was followed by recovery and personal development time. Most of the girls covered 4000m with Abbie and Jodie going 5000m. Some 2.5 hours after starting their weights, the lads finally joined the girls in the water and went 2500m.

There have been some good uses of the resources available at the hotel with Eve using the ceiling fan in her room to dry her swimsuit and Molly using frozen mango to ice her shoulder!

Jodie continues to stagger everyone with the volume and duration of her burps and is doing a not so good job at showing our American hosts at Pine Crest how sophisticated and polite us Brits are.
