Lewis White swam a great first long coure 400m Free this morning, to qualify for tonights Youth final. With consultation and guidance with me and an adjustment to his pacing stratedgy for the final Lewis knocked another 13 seconds off his time from the heats to finish in 4th place!!!!!!!!!
Lewis then went on to swim another personal best time in the 100m Fly, an improvement from the morning's heat by 2 seconds.
On the final day of competition Lewis also pb'd in the 100m Breaststroke and 50m Freestyle!
An excellent Championships for Lewis in his first top flight International level competition, with some brilliant results and valuable long course main finals action!
