Steeps lowers his own county record again in final!

Chris has swam to 5th place and a personal best time in the final of the 200m Breaststroke in 2.15.81. With room for improvement...watch this space.

Steeps also swam in the 100m event and qualified for the final in a time of 1.03.50.

The final and the mens medley relay will be swum in the early hours of the morning our time.
