Day 2 - The Younger Swimmers View of the Day

First day = AMAZING!! First we got up and had some brekkie! After we got on the coach to the swimming pool then we all got ready for the warm-up. Next thing we knew it was the first event. Unfortunately, first session wasn't so great, but we all put that down to a slow pool! Andi encouraged us to persevere and just have fun.

Then the second session was a lot more better, everyone put the first behind them and just literally had fun. It was great to be a part of such a big successful team, especially when we found out that we are the second best team at the meet! Now we all know that as long as we put 100% in tomorrow, we could BE THE BEST!!!

After we got back, everyone had a well earned rest and tea. We're all looking forward to showing Manchester (who are currently the top of the meet) WHAT WE'RE MADE OF...:
