Happy valentines day

This morning we participated in morning gymnastics, it was exilirating got our bodies pumping, preparing for the day ahead of us.we then all had our usual exciting breakfast which was then followed by some swimmers (group 1)attended the la Santa gym, pumping the iron, where hypertrophy occurred.groups 2&3 headed to the pool, Group 2 participated in a 'recovery' session and group 3 did a 8000metre session with the main focus being threshold.those who didn't attend gym participated in a hard core abdominal session 'ab attack'.after the eventful morning full of hard work, some members of the squad went and enjoyed volley ball, attempting to chat up the Dutch swimmers-failing miserably.(Molly,Sarah,Jess, Tyler and Jodie).we enjoyed a few minutes of sunshine today where the more lucky of us managed to catch a tan, although pale is the new tan.(Evie is sexy).we also enjoyed a 'stretch and relax' session where mind body and soul was relieved.group 3 had the lovely task of swimming again in artic temperatures that we have here in lanzarote.tonigh as it was valentines night, there was a task between blue, red and white of being the best dressed in red.white team went all out with red hair sprays and some unattractive tasteless tutus.while the blue team had a more classy approach and chose to use face paint, and the red team failed miserably.the white did win, although no threat as they are so far behind, the blue team came second and the red team were last unfortunately for them, as the blue team have now caught up the lead and red and blue are now drawing on the scoreboard, after our quiz tonight, finding how well we know our team mates. Fran, Jess and Abbie Xxx P.ss Evie hogged the iPad, and she was only jealous of our tutus because we thrashed there team mwuhahahahahaha!!! Off to see the Dutch swimmers now ;) from Jess and Abbie: this was the only bit we got to write :( Evie is off to go talk to her boyfriend and run up her phone bill even more !!! Fran just gonna chill with Harry (not boyfriend material)
