OLYMPIC TRIALS DAY 2! BREASTSTROKE GIRLS IN ACTION!

Day 2 of the Olympic trials and 4 Derventio swimmers were in action in the 100m Breaststroke.


Up first was Abbie Wood who just turned 13 2 days before and dominated her heat in a personal best time, nearly 2 seconds faster than her previous best in a time of 1.14.27.

Next up again winning her heat blitzing her personal best time by a second was Sarah Vasey in a time of 1.12.30.

Molly Renshaw was in the next heat and swam just shy of her personal best time, just missing out on the Semi final.

Jodie Hawksworth was up last for DX and in a tough heat again narrowly missing her personal best time finished in 1st reserve 17th place and missing the semi-finals by 1 one hundreth of a second.
