DX set off to Plymouth after training at Moorways this morning at 8.15am. After an excellent journey with all swimmers in good spirits we arrived at the hotel and checked in at approx 2.00pm. This gave the 6 swimmers with distance events this evening an opportunity to rest up whilst the remaining 21 swimmers set off to the Life Centre for a training session and to take a good look at the magnificent complex ahead of the weekends racing.
After an hours "splash" the swimmers changed and waited for Ben, Mischa, Jamie, Francesca, Leah and Amy to arrive for a team photo and to wish them well before setting off back to the hotel for dinner.
We have several swimmers in the team this weekend who haven't attended a DX stay meet before and we wish Amy, Chloe, Elliot, Josh, Jack, Krissy, Leah, Matt Holt and Steph good luck this weekend.
This is our target meet for this training cycle so lets swim fast and have a great time. Go DX
