Derventio eXcel swimmer Mischa Menzies gained his first National Qualifying time today at the NO Frills City of Sheffield meet at Ponds Forge.
Mischa has qualified in the Men's 100m Free in a new personal best of 54.26 also taking the Bronze medal.
Mischa is the 23rd individual swimmer from the squad to qualify for the National Championships.
