First up in a marathon Finals session was Kevin Wallbank, who has qualified for 2 semi-finals and a final in this evenings sessions. In the semi-finals of the 200m Fly. Kevin stormed to another personal best time of 2.05.80, taking another 3 seconds off his time, qualifying in 6th place for tomorrow nights final. Kevin also swam in the 200m I.M semi-finals finishing just outside the final placings.
Next up was Mischa Menizies who at his first National Championships swam in his first National Final finishing in 10th in the 400m Free. Mischa also swam in the semi-finals of the 100m Free, swimming just outside the personal best time he set in the heats.
Molly Renshaw cruised comfortably through the semi-finals of the 200m Breaststroke to qualify for the final tomorrow night.
Kevin Wallbank and James Latham both swam in the 200m Breaststroke final and finished in 7th and 10th places respectively.
