Derventio eXcel swimmers Kane Haggett, Molly Renshaw and Abbie Wood have all been selected onto the British Swimming World Class Podium Potential programme.
This programme has identified British swimmers who have the potential to reach the pinnacle of the sport. This programme offers support to the athletes in a wide range of different ways on their path to develop their potential in swimming. The selection criteria for this exclusive privilege was based on not only race performances but also on a complex combination of all aspects of the swimmer, from technical aspects, trainability, accountability, sustainability and performance environment.
